The aim of the Basque Culinary Center is to provide training and research, innovation and the transfer of knowledge and technology in different areas of gastronomic science, and our cutlery has been chosen for this centre – a worldwide reference point in the training of future cooks.
We at Servicios de Mesa Guernica believe that it is important for students to learn to value cutlery – something that we consider as important as the meal or the rest of the elements that accompany fine dining. Thus, we are working together with the BCC to ensure that training, research and innovation also covers the pieces we offer, without which the meal the meal would not reach our palates: in other words, the cutlery.
